The Women's Center

The Women's Center of Central Oregon offers comprehensive health care for women of all ages. We specialize in reproductive health, the Novasure procedure and LSH (Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy) to provide you with complete care for your body, mind, spirit and family.

Our clinic enables us to serve you in a warm, comfortable setting using the most advanced medical technologies. By offering many procedures in-office, we save you both money and the stress of visiting a hospital.

Our care providers are all women, from the receptionist who welcomes you, to our nurses, technicians and surgeon. Being an all women practice and focusing on you, we have a higher degree of understanding, knowledge and experience taking care of your health. We're women taking care of women.

The Women's Center opened in early 2005 after St. Charles Medical Center in Redmond recruited Dr. Susan Gorman to respond to the growing, unmet need in the area for a women's reproductive health care practioner. Dr. Gorman knew it was the perfect opportunity to realize her goal of creating a center that cared for all aspects of a woman's health. She quickly set about recruiting other like minded health care practioners.

We began as a small practice and quickly outgrew our office space after several months as the number of new patients seeking care grew. The center moved to a brand new office space at 1001 North Canal Blvd. in Redmond, allowing us to also expand the number of services we offer under one roof.

At the heart of The Women's Center growth is a commitment to provide comprehensive, high-quality health care for women in one place. We take extra time to care for all of our patients and you will appreciate the difference.
